MAREJ DELUXE
At the Kazantip festival or in a small club in Goa, from his studio or from behind the decks, alone or accompanied by musicians, Marej Deluxe makes dancefloor go nuts, and music - from progressive house to chilly lounge - "breath".
Marej is a DJ in second generation. In childhood, he was surrounded by shelves packed with vinyls, proper sound systems and attention of his father, who instilled the love to good music and the art of DJing. The hobby smoothly grown into Marej's profession and main source of income, despite him having a master's degree in economics. 10 years of performing across Russia and all around the world have been shaping the sound of Marej Deluxe, making it more vivid and "juicy".
A long-time collaboration with a friend and a talented sax player Lada Sax led to experimenting with music production and first original tracks back in 2009. Within couple years the world had seen a number of hits like Just Sax, One Day, and Marsal.
Today Marej Deluxe is a resident of a "14 Project" night club, actively tours across the CIS region and has his own monthly show "Cafe Break Time" on the SkyNet radio. Marej releases both original tracks and remixes on Brazilian "Panda Records," UK "PinkFlame Records" and the likes.
Among the brand new projects of Marej Deluxe in 2014 - active expansion to the European and US markets, the launch of a new website and his own digital label. Stay tuned for the news in the very nearest months.
