Ilija Frapp - DJ and Electronic Artist was born in the small town Ramenskoye Moscow region, grew up with the vinyl record sounds of Balkan Jazz, European Electronics, Mix of various beautiful tracks of Eastern Europe songs of the Soviet era and of course American Disco and Funk. As a child, Ilija traveled a lot with family to visit relatives in Eastern Europe from Lithuania, Ukraine to Bulgaria and listened to all possible tunes that could be heard. One evening sisters dragged Ilija to the Lithuanian disco in Šiauliai and there Ilija realized that he wanted to become a DJ and compose electronic music.
He started his career in 2000, played sets in various techno subgenres, performed live and organized techno events in many interesting places in Moscow 2002-2009, invited Tripmastaz (Plant 74, Griffintown Records, Madhouse Records, U-Freqs), Gold Finger as guests of the Ilija lineup (KidNap Records), Helga, Stas Cross from MySpaceRocket, Vasily B-Voice.
Now Ilija Frapp plunges into the musical worlds of various interesting styles and emerges as an electronic musician Atman Electronic, the founder of the Primavera Organica label. The music created by Ilija Frapp aka Atman Electronic and the Primavera Organica label is a mixture of ethnic melodies, organic house, downtempo, medolic techno and house. I have always felt like a man of the World and I create music in a melodious-sounding cocktail outside the narrow genre framework.
