PROBLEM(( Все проверьте присутствие своих лейблов на Битпорте
Пытаюсь узнать подробности пренеприятнейшего инцидента: все подлейблы Sundesire Media Worx (и они также) исчезли из магазина Beatport! Вместе с этим исчезли все релизы. Кто что знает по этому поводу?

Hello,
We are regret to inform you that Beatport has refused to work with a lot of labels because they don't have any success.
Beatport has terminated with us the contract unilaterally and we have to accept new conditions to start our work again.
Now work with Beatport is renewed, but the management Beatport refuses to renew work of some labels.
Causes of a failure:
- A considerable quantity of albums
- Low sales
- Bad quality of music
- Bad reputation / the biography of label
And also some labels are on the consideration, some labels will be restored in a current of several days.
Please concern with understanding that we can't affect the decision of management Beatport in any way.
We would like you to stay with us and continue selling your music to iTunes and other digital shops.
As we can see from our work other shops in common get more profit.
Be positive and don't lose you hope that your label will be active in Beatport in future.

- if your label doesn't sell $500 every 3 months (Quarter) in a 6 months period it'll most probably be delete from Beatport website
(Если ваш лейбл не продает на 500 долларов в квартал, он будет удален с сайта Битпорт в течение 6 месяцев)
Возникли некоторые изменения в работе с Beatport, мы решим эту проблему как можно скорее, то что лейблы были скрыты для нас тоже было неожиданным!

Будем надеяться, что они просто пролонгируют контракт и мы все снова появимся!
Но что касается релизов - то недоступны некоторые, а некоторые висят до сих пор, причём те которые недоступны выбраны как то рандомно - от одних и тех же лейблов есть и скрытые и расшаренные)))
они уже какбы сабсабсабсаблейблы))) Через 3 пи..ды колено)))

если отбросить мысли о том, что кто-то кого-то опрокинул, появляется куча всяческих "а вдруг"... что, если у некоторых дистрибьюторов не оказалось организационно-правовой формы деятельности? Битпорт должен платить частному лицу, иностранному резиденту, на банковский счет или по Вестерн Юнион? А где основание, кто будет платить налоги? если там ни одного бумажного договора, это вообще ситуация из разряда тех, что бывают разве что в России...
