CYMBALS - The Natural World

Introducing: Ummagma

Ummagma is a Canadian-Ukrainian duo with Alexx Kretov and Shauna McLarnon. This project began as an affair with love and sound in Moscow back in 2003 and has blossomed across borders.

This joint project began in 2003 as a love affair with words and sound in Moscow. The musical style is vacillating & broad, ranging from classic songs to intense landscapes of pulsating sound. It encompasses several genres - dreampop, progressive rock, post-rock, ethereal, nugaze & post-punk.

Watch their music videos for "Rotation" and "Kiev" below.

"Rotation" is taken from Ummagma's self-titled debut album. Available now for free download on Bandcamp.

"Kiev" is taken from Ummagma's album, Antigravity. Also available on Bandcamp.

The 1975 - Chocolate

The 1975 are set to release the final installment of their EP trilogy. Music For Cars will be released through Dirty Hit on March 4th and follows in the footsteps of their two acclaimed EPs, Facedown and Sex.

The five-track EP swoons with the band’s signature hybrid sound of Alternative Rock, Pop and R&B. Proving that this Mancunian four-piece is ever bold in pushing past sonic boundaries and are so much more than the sum of their parts. "Chocolate" encompass The 1975’s pop swagger and vigour with its syncopated, propulsive beats and day-dreaming guitar riffs. A future alternative anthem in the making.

Purchase The 1975's Facedown and Sex EP's on iTunes (Click on the title).
