Successful Australian DJ/Disco producer Plastic Plates is finally releasing his first EP “Things I Didn’t Know I Loved”! Out September 10th on Kitsuné!
Originally hailing from Sydney and now based in L.A, Plastic Plates has been a member of the Kitsuné family for quite a while now. His distinct sound has attracted both indie-dance and mainstream pop artists to commission remixes from him, such as Adele, Sia, Mark Ronson, The Magician and more!
Plastic Plates’ tracks sound like smooth electro jams with a nu-disco twist. Associated with Simon Lord (ex Simian) on the eponym track, this EP is a great opportunity to listen to things we did know we loved!
Two other original songs complete this amazing package: "Toys", which also shines in the Gildas & Jerry Kitsuné Soleil Mix released in July, and “More Than Love”.
To put it simply, the perfect soundtrack to the end of this summer!
LA beatmaker Juan Avila aka Imprintafter's debut EP. Five songs of lo fi, glitch-funk (or as he likes to call it "kat seckz"), produced to "cheer up and enliven anyone who listens to it". FREE DOWNLOAD here.
