It took me so long to write that message to you :/...but this is one of the problems (and that's why my daughter has to take care of all "official paperwork", I tend to collect it but I can't answer lol) - very hard to understand that for people who are not affected. And I understand that many ppl shake their heads and say "Well, she's unfriendly or not thankful for things she receives".
