Это было самой лучшей вечеринкой не только этого года, но и скорее всего последних нескольких лет. Я не помню чтобы где то была такая атмосфера, музыка клуб, звук, свет и вообще все было идеально.
Я стал за пульт примерно в 10.30 и мы с Лешей начали 122-123 deep house, house, и deep techno. Зная какой придирчивый Sasha со своими открывающими диджеями, у меня творилась каша в голове. С одной стороны нужно играть чуть ли не ambient, потому что он так просит. С другой стороны, нужно играть весело, така как это Новы год. С третьей стороны – все на нервах: кто кричит одно, кто другое, и облегчение пришло только тогда, когда после сета примерно в час подошел Sasha и сказал, то сет был «really great opening set»
Если тебе это говорит Sasha, то все остальное уже не имеет никакого значения.
После нас за пульт встали новые протеже Саши – The Cosmonauts, Я прослушал их музыку раньше и честно не представлял что это может быть клубная музыка. Но они меня очень приятно удивили - Саша назвал их стиль спейсдиско. Реально очень красивая и интересная музыка. Они играли почти три часа. И пока мы сидели с Сашей и его менеджером в отдельной комнате, где они отбирали музыку, люди начали кричать: Сашасаша. Он улыбнулся и сказал, что надо еще пара минут. Эти фотки с той самой комнаты, и думаю вы их скоро увидите у него на сайте, по его собственной просьбе.

Сет Саши состоял из множества ups&downs настояшее journey. Techno, Electro, Progressive, Trance – он играл все, но он может это приподнести так как ни один диджей в мире. Он делает все треки своими. В один момент у него отошел провод и как настоящий профессионал он не задумываясь перешел на другой компьютер и, пока первый чинили, играл с запасного. Вот в чем заключается настоящий профессионализм: яйца не мешают и даже поломанное оборудование не помеха.
После Саши за пульт встала девушка из Греции. Насколько я помню – играла хорошо, но я отключился, к утру уже не хватило сил. И тут я открываю глаза и рядом сидит Саша и спрашивает все ли ОК. Я сказал да и лег обратно спать. Очень странно, но когда я проснулся, я услышал музыку снизу и не мог понять закрыты мы или открыты и вообще сколько время. Музыку я слушал примерно час и подумал, что девушка играет просто офигенно, реально очень пронравилось. Я решил подняться и сходить вниз. Выхожу и вижу, что играют Леша и Наташа (Абель и Бикипер), спрашиваю сколько они играют, и мне говорят что уже примерно час. Это был один из лучших их сетов, который я когда либо слышал. Я дождался конца и с Хелпером пошел домой. Когда я вышел – всетаки решил посмотреть на время – 15.30 FUCK надо спать. В итоге он сел на такси, а я на метро, так как вспомнил, что все деньги отдал Наташе. В общем больше сказать нечего. Кроме того, что хочу высказать огромную благодарность всем, кто принимал участие в самом лучшем клубе в этой стране, если не в мире. Леше, Наташе, Тиму и всем, кто его строил, организовывал, спонсировал, помогал, поддерживал и всем посетителям – без вас не было бы и нас.
Клуб Арма17 сгорел сегдня утром при очень странных обстоятельствах. Поверьте это не конец.
PS Отдельное спасибо маме за оливье, и человеку, который меня накормил. Он знает кто он. :)

This is one of PARK LIMITED MUZIK's best releases in years. TC MANIAK are on a mission this time; providing a balance in between sensuous techno-inspired chords and a subtle house groove on "PUBIC STRANGE". DINTON MANIAZ aka TC MANIAK was born during a restless time in West-Africa. His parents sent him to a music school in Monrovia at the tender age of 3 - whereby he was taught the basics of African music and instruments. In 1980 his family was forced out of Liberia because of a coup and his father’s involvement as a government advisor. At the time, it appeared it was going to be the end of his musical career. After settling safely in Switzerland he took up piano lessons and went on to garner a degree from The Academy of Music with Honours. During his studies, he was bitten by the dance music bug and he started DJing at the little known 'The Qul' club in the exclusive retreat Les Dureux in the Swiss Alps. After acquiring an Akai MPC sampler, he started producing his own blend of dance music. Al-ready having numerous hits to his name and releases on labels like SPROUT, READY MIX and COMPOSURE, he transported himself into the bodies of well known Dutch producers, PAKO & FREDERIK – simultaneously producing remixes and spawning tracks like "Le Ultra Fresh" and "Damnamite". Perhaps PAKO & FREDERIK and TC MANIAK are one and the same? Only TC MANIAK’s piano teacher in Monrovia will ever know (or not).

DOROHOV & SERGE QUE approach ‘Pubic Strange’ from a melodic frame of mind. DOROHOV is well known for his KOALA project, in collaboration with ANATOLY VORONTSOV. He's been worked for several top-notch labels like PLATIPUS, LOST LANGUAGE, CUBA, PRESSLAB and 3BEAT. SERGE QUE started his career about 15 years ago at the famous Peter Gatien-owned NYC club, The Tunnel. After a few years he moved over to Gatien’s other NYC club, Limelight, as a resident DJ and music director. In 2006 SERGE moved to Moscow to pursue a career in event management. Currently he is behind ‘Dance Factory’; which is one of the most listened to radio shows in Russia. This show provides him an audience of over 375,000 people in Moscow alone. QUE has released several MIX CDs, such as "Vapourise" with an Australian progressive legend Kasey Taylor, and "19box Into The Battle In Russia" with 19Box head honcho DJ 19.

Arma17 - самый лучший клуб в России. Это подтверждают резиденты клуба - Steve Lawler, Jim Rivers, 16 Bit Lolitas, а также в клубе на правах резиденции постоянно проводятся вечеринки Renaissance, Мatinee, Cocoon, и Underground Sound of Moscow.  Этот диск включил в себя миксы от российских резидентов клуба Arma17.  Музыкальная стилистика отражает вкусы всех резидентов, поэтому диски получились довольно разнообразными – от deep techno исполняемого TimQue, до tech house от Abelle & Beekeeper, от Minimal который играет Alex Monakhov до Progressive House от Serge Que. Но какой бы вы диск ни слушали – ни один не разочарует.

Легендарный австралийский лейбл Vapour создал новый подлейбл поддерживающий техновую стилистику - Evapour8. Вскоре на Evapour8 выйдет наш первый мини-альбом (EP) 24 Million Seconds / Glitcher.

Этот диск - первый из серии миксов от меня и моего партнера по студии – Алекса Монахова. Это лучшие progressive-треки за последний год. Диск выйдет примерно в декабре, так что ждать осталось совсем не долго.

Этот двойник должен был выйти еще весной, но из-за многих трудностей и заминок с лейблами, он был задержан. Теперь он выходит в оригинале. Первый диск - от японского диджея DJ19 Hiro Tanaka, и один диск от меня. Треки не новые, но хорошие, можно сказать, классика жанров от progressive house и tribal. Тем кто не знаком с лейблом 19box rec, очень рекоммендую.

Freestyle Records запускает новую серию диджейских миксов. В ней сразу два диджея будут представлять свои взгляды на танцевальную музыку. В первой части сходятся два диджея, четко ассоциирующихся с прогрессив-хаусом – японец DJ 19 и американец, двигающий прогрессив-ритмы на российской земле Serge Que.
DJ 19 (или Хиро Танака) на японской земле уже давно и успешно пропагандирует танцевальные ритмы. Настолько успешно, что именно он представлял в Японии знаменитый лейбл Bedrock (и даже делал микс под этим лейблом специально для японского рынка). Хотя у него самого есть свой собственный замечательный лейбл 19 Box Rercordings где издается большое количество различных ответвлений прогрессив-хауса – от притехнованного до брейкса и чуть ли не эмбиента. В свой микс Хиро включал большое количество собственных треков, некоторые из которых представляют собой совместные студийные работы вместе с любимчиком диджея Саши – Стивом Мэем (Steve May).
Серж Кью, человек ответственный за ренессанс прогрессив-саунда на российской земле сделал свой микс как из треков все того же плодовитого японца, так и то, что выходило на 19 Box Recordings – вроде воздушного «Clear The Skies» Марино Берарди, или работы проекта Ambrozia, американца Томаса Пентона (Thomas Penton) или Fitalic.
«DJ 19 vs. Serge Que - Into The Battle: In Russia» - очень интересная работа, мало того, что выполненная двумя артистами, знающими что такое настоящий прогрессив-хаус, так и показывающая жанр с самой лучшей стороны. В наше время, когда наблюдается явная нехватка свежих идей в этом жанре, этот релиз вполне может служить глотком чистого воздуха.
