Matt Consola
BILLBOARD #1 REMIX PRODUCER • LABEL OWNER • DJ • SYNDICATED RADIO SHOW • ARTIST

THE LABEL OWNER

A veteran Billboard, DJ Times, ARIA #1 producer, artist, DJ and voting NARAS (Grammy) member with more than 30 years of industry experience, international club residencies, and three successful record labels under his belt, Matt Consola currently owns and operates Swishcraft Music, one of America’s top Billboard #1 dance labels. In addition, he’s one half of the Billboard #1 production team Division 4 & Matt Consola whose 2019 / 2020 remixes of Ariana Grande’s “Thank U, Next!” and “Breathin’” and Mark Ronson & Mylie Cyrus’ “Nothing Breaks Like A Heart” helped the tracks secure #1 chart positions all over the globe and the remixes have been receiving regular radio play in America, Australia, Canada, and The UK. And as one half of the production team Rip City Boys, their official remix of Silk City & Dua Lipa’s “Electricity” also helped land the Grammy Award Winning release #1 honors as well. As of Feb 2020, Consola and Swishcraft have two tracks in the Billboard Top 5 and Top 20, Consola’s own solo single along with bandmates Heather Small, of 90’s Mega-group M People, and Dirty Disco currently sit at #5 with their rendition of the M People #1 classic “Moving On Up.” At the same time, Swishcraft release ‘Living For The Music” by Brett Ossterhaus & Debby Holiday sits at #25 with a bullet. Swishcraft has an impressive roster that includes Heather Small, Katherine Ellis, Debby Holiday, Tony Moran, Danny Verde, Steven Redant, Inaya Day, Abigail, Barry Harris & Kon Kan, Peyton, Lula, Dirty Disco, Joe Gauthreaux, Toy Armada & DJ Grind, Grammy Award Winner, Matt Alber, and award-winning Broadway Singer-Songwriter Levi Kreis. Swishcraft Music scored it’s first Billboard #1 in March of 2017 with the Tony Moran, Dani Toro & Zhana Royia single “Lick Me Up,” and scored multiple Billboard Top 5 singles starting in 2015. In addition, Swishcraft Music was awarded the 2016 JustCircuit Award for Best Dance Track 2015 for the hit single, “Let The Joy Rise” by Abigail ft. Toy Armada & DJ GRIND.

THE REMIX PRODUCER

With remixes on 21 Billboard Dance Chart hits and 16 UK Dance chart hits as part of the Billboard #1 production team, Division 4 & Matt Consola, who were one of only four “official” remixers commissioned on the Lady Gaga & Diane Warren Grammy, Golden Globe (winning) and Oscar Nominated hit “Til It Happens To You,” the track peaked at #1 on the Billboard Dance Chart and was the 8th most successful Billboard dance single of 2016. Pretty impressive for a team that just started working together the previous year. The duo went on to help secure additional Top Billboard and UK Chart hits for Beck, Gwen Stefani, Katy Perry, Cher, Phases, Enrique Iglesias, Jess Glynne, Paris Hilton, Dave Aude & Karine Hannah, Alina Arrts, Dirty Disco, Joe Gauthreaux f. Abigail, Marcelo CIC ft. DyCy, AtellaGali ft Amanda Renee and many more, before securing their next Billboard #1 for Consola’s Swishcraft Music label. Their work is regularly featured on SiriusXM’s Utopia, OutQ with Larry Flick, and Gaydio UK with Phil Mariott, the UK’s #1 syndicated dance program, and JoyFM 97.3 in Australia. In late 2018, Consola teamed up with Singer / Songwriter / Producer Aaron Altemose to produce a new deeper and more layered Groove house sound that debuted in early 2019 on singles by Katherine Ellis & Testone, Dirty Disco ft Brenda Reed, and Division 4 before also helping to score Billboard #1 and Top 5 hits for Silk City & Dua Lipa, Dua Lipa’s ‘Don’t Stop Now” Katy Perry’s “Never Really Over”, Zed & Katy Perry’s “365”, and their current Top 5 remix on the Swishcraft hit “Moving on Up” by Heather Small ft Dirty Disco & Matt Consola and their #20 with a bullet for Brett Oosterhause & Debby Holiday’s “Living for The Music” (Feb 2020).

THE PRODUCER & DJ

As a producer & DJ, Consola’s sound is easily described as Big Room Vocal Anthem meets UK Groove House. His love for strong, heartfelt vocals and lush chord progressions has made his solo singles like his two #5 hits “Coming Back” & “Dream Of Me,” both feat Brenda Reed on vocals, recurrent worldwide club hits, and his live sets on the podcast are always in constant demand. As we enter 2020, Consola enjoys a 13-year residency with Bearracuda, the world’s largest Bear Circuit Parties, founded in America, and currently residing in 61 cities in 11 countries and growing. Consola also holds six additional residences at Daddy Issues (currently in 4 cites in the United States), Lumbertwink (currently in 5 American & Canadian cities and growing), Daddy Bone, Blow Pony, The Houston Eagle and an every first Saturday and second Friday residency at Chill Bar & Nightclub in Palm Springs, CA. And in mid-2020 Consola will be announcing the exciting details of a new club project with the Tom of Finland brand. Consola’s hour-long, syndicated mix-show radio show, also called Swishcraft, airs weekly on 5 F.M., Satellite and Internet networks worldwide, airing on over 511 stations and is archived for streaming and download on iTunes. As a podcast alone, with over 380 episodes and growing, Consola’s Swishcraft show has received more than 12 million downloads & streams worldwide.
