как играть одновременно винил и таймкод Hardware

привет!! есть Audio 4 DJ и пластинки с таймкодом, вопрос такой - как нормально играть винил вместо таймкода?? ставлю пластинку, в программе в этой деке ставлю Live Input, пластинка играет, но очень тихо.. слышал, что вроде где в настройках карты надо переключать в редим phono вроде, но я хз где, подскажите плиз!! и кстати у меня Audio 4 DJ при каждом включении компа заново определяется и ставит дрова и висит как usb устройство, это нормально?) если нет, то как исправить?? заранее благодарю за ответы!!
