Well than you had a feminish voice as a child. i heard many boys of 4-6 age singing and not all of them had such a high timbre and tender voice... Rarely actually. But that doesnt matter much for the song is good!
That`s because formant shift is too high - est. +4.5/12 and always +1 octave pitched up. Also, original voice should be clean enough and mild for safe pitching.
