Altera - a musical project born in the town of Severodvinsk, Russia. To 2010 in the project included two men Valentin Frost and Vadim Belyaev. Met to exchange musical ideas, folks immediately recognized the general desire for electronic dance music, especially in the trance that gave rise to the joint creative work and the formation of his own project in December 2007. In early 2008, their mixes are played on local radio stations in the radio show "Melodic Universe", in addition, they were regularly invited to speak to the clubs of his native city. One of the achievements of the duo can be called a playing on the same stage with the national trance star Paul Vinitsky at "Egypt" (Severodvinsk).
In 2009, Valentine Frost moved to St. Petersburg, where he met with the DJ Mike Rise, which will soon become the third and an important part in the project. Vadim Belyaevsky remains in his native Severodvinsk, in the studio on new tracks, the other participants are also involved in the author's work. The guys are serious and sensible approach to this work, trying to improve constantly. Their music - a combination of feelings and emotions, which they put into their work and are trying to convey to the listeners. In St. Petersburg, as in Severodvinsk project Altera has a great interest in the creativity among the promoters and producers.
Currently, the members of Altera most of the time in the studio and do release their own music material as well as negotiating new performances in Russia and CIS. His inspirer believe such music producers like Alex MORPH (Germany), Armin Van Buuren (Netherlands), Kamil Polner (Poland), Laurent Veronnez (Belgium), Rob Stevenson (United Kingdom), Tiesto (Netherlands), Above & Beyond (United Kingdom ), Vladimir lamps (Russia), DJ Feel (Russia), Bobina (Russia) and many other producers, DJs and bands who have influenced their own creative development and the world of dance music in general.
