Making his debut on Pole Position Recordings Arcadis blends many of his musical influences into this EP. The title track "London Lights" opens proceedings in upbeat fashion with its powerful synth melodies, funky bass line and dulcet vocals. Next up is the just as funky "Lost Days", with it's big piano chords and layered synths before Arcadis drops the tempo and delivers "Hidden Sunset", a laid back, filtered affair. Lazuli and Viper Strike team up to remix "Waitress", giving it a tropical feel before Silver Disco rounds off the package with his upbeat, Disco house inspired take on "Lost Days".
The Invisible remix of Migrating Clay Pigeon features rolling, barrelling drums, grey-sky synthesizers and empty, cavernous spaces filled with haunting vocals. Man Without Country’s own Fante mix is packed with low, rumbling bass and squalling guitar, but envisions the track as a deep house, late night club banger.
"When The Night" feat. Jaw is a joyous soulful vocal number taken from the Passion album by Para One, has just been given the remix treatment by three Parisian artists who share Marble's freestyle quality ethos. Featuring remixes by LOGO, DVNO and Discodeine.
