We’re almost into April but as things stand the Jaytech juggernaut shows no signs of coming to a halt anytime soon and quite frankly we’re delighted; ‘Delta’ is James ‘Jimbo’ Cayzer’s third single release of 2009.
Lifted from the Anjunadeep: 01 compilation, the Original Mix shows James drawing on his full range of skills as he pulls out of the hat a thoughtfully constructed, patiently building groover that’s full of twists and turns and punctuated intermittently with some resonating vocal cries and lingering piano keys that send it off in style.

Vladimir ‘PROFF’ Ershov then works his magic on the flipside to fashion a little something for the house room with an ice-cool, über-stylish reworking for late-night play. Keep an ear out as a monstrous, hulking beast of a bassline emerges out of nowhere to wreak havoc with the soundsystem before dropping back and resurfacing later on to anchor a typically classy, windswept breakdown as those gently echoing piano keys provide an introspective touch. All in all this release seems to suggest that the tunes will keep on coming thick and fast from both guys.
