Прикольная ситуация произошла недавно, у меня есть трек:

Tots Bots - Zombie Nation, я его успешно выпустил на своем лейбле Adapter Records

Вчера пришло такое письмо:

Говорится, что я не могу назвать трек Zombie Nation, потому что когда-то товарищи из этой рекорд компании зарегили товарный знак Zombie Nation во всех темах, что связано с музыкой.

Вот так друзья.

Вот думаю взять и зарегить какое-нить название трека с их лейбла и также попробывать удалить его с битпорта? 

как вам идея?
