eBay: Первый refund

Два товара потерялись на почте
Все вышло очень просто, в "Ask seller a question" написал "not delivered" и получил ответы
первый:
"I will refund you within 24 hours
thanks.
yours sincerely
Shelley
customer service department"

и второй:
"I am sorry for the delivery problem.
I will refund the payment to you of this item .
but if you get the item later, hope you can re-pay the money back to us .
Thanks .
have a nice day"
