Carpenter by day and producer by night, the name of “LoQuai” remains on the lips of underground DJ’s and producers around the world. Konstantin Alt was born on September 7th, 1981 in Bel’bulak, Kazakhstan.

Since childhood, Konstantin has had a growing interest in percussion instruments and the accordion. His first contact with electronic music occurred while watching MTV and found he was fascinated by the sounds and the possibilities it proposed. At the age of eight, he immigrated to Germany with his family and has lived in a village since the move.

His early musical career started in 1998 when he purchased his first electronic instruments, parallel to starting his schooling as a carpenter. This was the beginning of the music scene. From here Konstantin began working intensively in music production, weaving in all styles of electronic music including psychedelic, trance, ambient, trance, break beats, and drum & bass. The combination of these styles has made him a producer of progressive house.

With the revolution of the Internet, Konstantin had the opportunity to start his professional career on the UPTRAX website, where his music began to continuously hit the Top 20 list. At this time he also began playing serval live shows like the Mix Mission at Radio Sunshine-Live (Germany).

Konstantin returned part time to school, but this time to the SAE School in Frankfurt to study audio production. He graduated in 6 months gaining certification as an EMP (Electronic Music Producer) From here his career skyrocketed with many offers coming in from labels such as “Ultimate House Records” where in 2005 he released his first official single under the name “LoQuai”.

During these years he worked on many remixes for a variety of labels, which really helped propel his musical career. In 2006, Mistique Music, a new label in underground music, approached him and there he finally found a label where he could grow fundamentally as a producer. In the last year he worked on many remixes and original tracks and releases on over 50. labels, including Mistique Music, Jetlag Digital, Baroque, Indigo, Bonzai Progressive and many more.

Сейчас имя «LoQuai» на устах у андеграундных ди-джеев и продюсеров по всему миру.

Константин Альт родился 7 сентября 1981 года в селе Бельбулак, Казахстан.

С детства Костя проявлял большой интерес к ударным инструментам и аккордеону. Но его первый контакт с электронной музыкой произошел благодаря MTV и Костя был очарован звуками и возможностями этой музыки.

В возрасте восьми лет Костя с семьей эмигрировал в Германию.

Его музыкальная карьера началась в 1998 году, когда он параллельно обучаясь плотничному делу,  купил свои первые электронные инструменты. Это стало началом работы на музыкальной сцене. После этого Константин начал интенсивно писать музыку, включая все стили электронной музыки, в том числе psychedelic, trance, ambient, break beats и drum & bass. Сочетание всех этих стилей привело его к progressive house.

Благодаря революции в Интернете Константин получил возможность начать свою профессиональную карьеру на сайте UPTRAX, где его музыка непрерывно попадала в топ-20. В это время также состоялось несколько его живых выступлений в таких шоу как Mix Mission на Radio Sunshine-Live (Германия).

Константин вернулся к обучению, но на этот раз в школе SAE (School of Audible Englishmen) во Франкфурте, где изучал звукопроизводство. Через 6 месяцев он окончил обучение с сертификацией EMP (электронный музыкальный продюсер). После этого его карьера взлетела благодаря большому количеству предложение от таких лейблов, как Ultimate House Records, где в 2005 году Константин выпустил свой первый официальный сингл под названием «LoQuai».

В эти годы он работал над многими ремиксами для различных лейблов, что действительно помогло ему развить свою музыкальную карьеру. В 2006 году его пригласил новый андеграундный лейбл Mistique Music, таким образом, Константин нашел лейбл, где мог фундаментально расти в качестве продюсера.

В прошлом году LoQuai работал над большим количеством  ремиксов,  оригинальных треков и релизов, которые вышли на более чем 50 лейблах, в том числе Mistique Music, Jetlag Digital, Baroque, Indigo, Bonzai Progressive и многих других.
