Producer, poet, Listener, group / joint project since 1996
Based in Russia, Rene Brene is a Songwriter, Composer, and Producer who has been writing Alternative music since 1995. His tracks are a blend of Reggae, Disco, Pop, and Indie, with his own personal twist. Rene also creates original songs in Electronic, EDM, Dance, Latin, Techno, Synthpop, Pop Rock, and New Wave styles which are perfect for Film, Commercials, TV, Radio, and new media projects with an urban or contemporary vibe.
The project was founded in 1995. At first, it was just songs with an acoustic guitar. Several albums in Russian were released and distributed among friends and acquaintances. In 2000, the era of electronic music began. Several instrumental albums were released in a style bordering on Eurodisco and Eurodance, but with the caveat that the sound was very unprofessional. In 2014, the Yamaha Vocaloid software was mastered, and many songs were re-released in new arrangements with English lyrics and female vocals. In 2025, the era of neural networks arrived, and a new reinterpretation of the Russian-language repertoire began. Stylistics – ethnic, chanson, disco, pop, rock. Vocals in Russian – 100% neural network–generated; vocals in English – Yamaha Vocaloid. Lyrics are entirely original, without the use of neural networks, except for the sub-project Troop Tarakana – there it's 50/50. Music for English-language songs – 100% original; for Russian-language songs – 50/50.
