Martha Camilla Alex von Erdtmann was born in a creative family: her father was a rock musician and songwriter, her mother was the winner of the “Moscow DJane 1988” contest, program director and presenter on MTV. Parents raised Camilla surrounded by nature and animals. She learned to subtly feel the world around her, was fond of natural science, world history, myths and classics of world art. But Camilla was an unschooler, the only school she visited was music school. In adolescence, she wanted to gain independence and a career in show business seemed to her the best solution. So there was DJ MartaA.

At 15 years MartaA was invited to two online radio stations, at the same time: the British “UNDERGROUND SESSIONS”, for which she played a house mix, and the American “BeatLounge Music”, at which later she became a resident of the show and her mixes began to be broadcast with frequent repetitions.

In early 2013 MartaA leaves for Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic, where she begins working as a DJ at the hotel “Bávaro Princess” and performing in city nightclubs. The work in Central America influences her manner of playing: the mixes are filled with bolder youthful sound and clockwork Caribbean rhythms. MartaA becomes a vivid representative of an alternative music scene. She repeatedly gets into TOPs 100 of major music servers such as Mixcloud and PromoDJ, reaching twentieth numbers.

In August 2016 Massimo Amato makes her a member of his promo group “AREA 5.1” and she goes to Palermo to open the “KLANDESTINE” techno festival. In parallel, MartaA performs with alternative styles in the nightclubs of Sicily. After completing the tour, she starts working as an editor of PromoDJ radio. At the same time, she begins to engage in the production of club music, as well as singing and acting.

In 2019 she returns to Sicily and becomes a participant in large-scale musical events and gets a new level — she tries herself in organising events. What entails fundamental changes in her DJ image. She makes techno-house her main music style, she develops the stage costume by herself, even makes bold decisions such as changing the stage name. Leaving MartaA as a side project to the alternative scene, now she is Camilla Von.

Camilla quickly gains the attention of a new audience, that begins to actively attend her gigs, one of which takes place in the iconic “ECS Dogana Club”.

In parallel, Camilla is developing the concept of her music festival, which will be aimed at charity: the protection of animal rights and the ecology of the island.
