Masha Vasenina – young, talented and full of potential girl from Northern town in Russia. She attended a Classical school for 8 years achieving a degree in pianoforte after which enrolled into university taking a totally different road from music. However, her destiny brought her back to the music scene when in 2000 she was introduced to DJ Denisuque from Germany who supplied her with the latest music releases which were rare from her part of town. After completing her university degree Masha decided to further her career in the capital city of Russia. She moved to Moscow in 2004 where for the first time she experienced the famed nightlife of the big city full of fashion shows and over-the-top parties. The beginning of 2006 was a turning-point for Masha Vasenina where her desire to be a DJ became a reality. She was introduced to DJ Amira who taught her the basic DJ skills and made her part of a new project called ‘Ladies First’ in ‘Tsirlih Manirlih’ Club which features Russia’s most established female DJ’s. It was the beginning of her career where she declared herself as DJ Vasenina. She continues to win the hearts of house music loves wherever she goes. Her musical journey can satisfy any listener with the variety of styles including electro house for happy vibes, progressive house to feed one’s imagination and minimal techno for intellectuals who appreciate the music not only with their hearts but also with their minds.
