REVIEW: Specific Slice & Sensi - I Lose My Control out on In Trance We Trust/Black Hole

1. Sensi Mix

2. Specific Slice Mix

Sensi, a.k.a. Alexander Zonov is a young musician and DJ from Russia, currently attending college to study music. In 2007 he made his first steps in trance production. His tracks initially received the support by the best Russian deejays. Now Alexander continues to develop his skills and works together with Specific Slice.
Specific Slice (Nizhnii Novgorod, Russia) has been active as DJ/Producer since 2004 and has a current residency at Global Trance Invasion in Moscow. Together with Sensi he now drops the new single "I Lose My Control" on the In Trance We Trust imprint. The single is a showcase for both producers, each offering their own mixdown of "I Lose My Control".
It's safe to say that The Sensi Mix is the synth laden, tech trance counterpart of the Specific Slice Mix, which focuses more on the club trance side of things. "I Lose My Control" is a gem that will make your audience lose control on the dance floor!
Dimitri Kechagias review: Once again ITWT deliver the goods for the trance community with a stunning new release that includes two ultra large versions that will be hard to avoid as many djs will adopt them in the coming months for their sets. The new names for the label Specific Slice & Sensi service us a massive banger on the tech trance tip tailor made for the most sweaty and extra hot moment of your dj set. First of all the superb Sensi mix will impress with its long introduction that makes it the perfect choice as a starter dish in your delicious trance dinner that you will offer to your fans. Tough banging tech trance beats with house influence in play as well lead us on the breakdown that a robotic voice invite us to Lose Control on the dancefloor and let all the worries disappear particularly when the huge maddening synthy riff appears in order to bring the clubbers into frenzy state. When the beat kicks back it will be very common to see human bodies flying here, there and everywhere. The Specific Slice remix is my favourite on this package. It has tougher rockier kick drum and basslines, its much more energetic and the breakdown is full of surprises. It includes a cool moment of silence with just like a thriller movie melody and then the tornado size riff is unleashed along with high pitched guitar riff. Strong release with potential to win clubbers admiration. Love it!
