The project «Sound Lab» is a courageous experiment, bright performance and real voyage in time. It is an opportunity to become the witness of the result of two DJs cooperation’s , who have united together and exchanged musical culture and traditions of different continents. Duet of DJ Stanley Williams and DJ TiM is a quintessence of a fashionable megapolis. Within the limits of event the popular hits of the past which has received new execution, owing to multimedia art and modern technologies will sound. The project will allow to plunge into the atmosphere of legendary Studio 54, music of the past and the present in modern execution of two presented DJs who have united music world.
The project «Sound Lab» - a musical alliance of popular DJs, who were recognized owing to the creativity and the professionalism, expressed in bright individuality of everyone of them.
More than 18 years DJ Stanley Williams bear in weights musical novelties in various forms. He began as club DJ, playing in such clubs of New York as Studio 54, Area, ROXY, Limelight, THE TUNNEL. However the significant print for creativity DJ Stanley Williams has postponed famous " Studio 54 ". Started in the end of 70, " Studio 54 " became a cradle of modern club culture. Liz Taylor and Al Pacino, David Bowie and Andy Warhol, Bjanka Jagger, Trueman Kapote and many other personalities of a star Olympus spent here free time. Numerous memoirs on this establishment have generated a myth about Studio 54, and to the world have presented one of recognized DJs - DJ Stanley Williams. He was the producer of such performers as Moby, Lisa Stansfield, Stereo Mcs. Now he works on Mercury/PolyGram Records and he is the manager on work with performers and repertoire in legendary Profile Records New York/L.A./London. DJ Stanley Williams also is the author of the program " THE STAN WILLIAMS SHOW " which was born in 80-th years, on one of the radio stations in the USA . Stanley' has held a lot of bright events in the Moscow show business. In 1993 he has opened the first shop of the western music in Moscow. In June, 2005 he has renewed radio-transfer " New York , New York " on dancing radio station " the Megapolis 89.5". It is the unique radio-program exclusively in English, these are alive voices, the best vocal performers, interesting visitors.
DJ TIM - talented DJ the co-author of " Drum Show " by Dj TiM and Pavel Melnik, not having analogues in Russia (the first project of alive performance of drum-type show with using electronic and classical percussion, the sounds which are given rise by computer synthesis in a combination with laser, light-emitting diode, fire show and pyrotechnic effects), continues to embody daring ideas in electronic music. He is famous for show with such performers as Kasta, group Fabrika, group Gorod 312, Aqugen, Quicksilver, Armand Van Helden, Detsl Aka Le Truck, Marusha. He is the winner of DJ-battles in Rostov , Moscow , Stockholm . Today DJ TiM, Pavel Melnik and Ulia Nikitina have started to record a pilot release of radio-show "Runway" for radio Megapolis 89,5 fm.
