Биты делаются в программе Fl Studio с кучкой всяких сэмплов, плагинов и ефектов. Сам процесс вам должен быть не интересен. После этого собираем совет старейшин и проводим голосование. Если трек прошел по всем параметрам просмотра, то на трек делаются авторские права.
