MCWertX. Dmitriy 01.12.1986 

Was born and spent most of his life in an oil industry city Usinsk, Komi Republic. After he graduated from school, he moved to Kirov City.

Dmitriy’s passion for hip-hop started in the early school years, and as a listener he always gave his preference to the legendary Russian pioneers of Rap - Bad Balance. 

The very first time he tested himself as a rhyme-writer was in 2004. At the same time Dmitriy participated in creation of a crew called Alliance in which he stood as one of the leaders. The Alliance was a bunch of young poets/rhyme-writers connected to the same idea. It lasted up until 2007. After 3 years of hard work things were not going according to their plan, so the Alliance ended up falling apart. However to this day he still keeps the connections with some of them.

Starting with the year 2005 Dmitriy got in to a newer and more organized crew – Rap-Oboyma where he once again stood as one of the leaders. This time around the guys were not just rhyme-writers, they were taking a part in something much bigger – MC’ing! The most part projects are being done over the Internet. 

Their first tracks were recorded in 2005 on a regular computer Mic. with individuals from R.O. After some period of time after the battles Dmitriy also created some great solo tracks. His skills were getting better and better with time, they were moving up.

First studio session took place in Moscow in a Rap-City Label that was ran by the band that had the same name. Everything went as good, and planned as Dmitriy had expected. The track came out to be good and got a lot of appreciation around people. 

The other studio took place in Kirov on a record label Prizel Records starting 2007. All of the tracks were made successful and went out on mixtapes and albums of different rapers. However, sometime further down the road the label was shut down.

Right now, after a trip to Moscow City Dmitriy bought himself a studio tube microphone and some equipment to start an independent record label called Night Sound.

The future will bring a lot of performances in clubs of Kirov and other cities, a lot of the new tracks (some of them you could hear on this page), videos and a solo promo album MCWertX "Skillz Master".
