DuraSound is a novel musical project set out to create high-quality dance music that goes beyond the standard 4/4 format. It is a fusion of different variations and shades of techno, house and breaks.

This group is a creative vision of musical engineer Sergei Pavlyshko and two DJs Alexander Seletsky and Anton Pavlyshko organized in 2007. The team has more then 10 years of professional music and on-air experience.

Following its inception, Durasound has released nine albums on the labels such as Energetica, Moon Records, Pushkin Records, grossing a total of over 40,000 copies. They also aired over 100 hours of transmission of "The Bounce Show" on radio Ok'fm. This creative team also produced a great number of parties in many clubs all over Ukraine.

In 2010 the group marked the opening of their own label Dura Records, and released the albums Metaphor, Hot Faces and Get Smart. These releases attracted a large number of listeners, and their hits made top of the charts on juno.co.uk. The groups top ranking release "Metaphor" was marked by the biggest breakbeat radio Nubreaks.com and is currently in rotation. Other tracks have received vigorous support from the Proton Radio, and they are played in the sets of other DJs.

Today DuraSound is on engaged in creative work on the forefront of the music industry. They are preparing new tracks for their next releases and gathering material for future albums. The group is actively working to expand their musical direction, cooperate with fresh upcoming artists, and establish a recording studio.

DuraSound – это новый музыкальный проект по созданию качественной танцевальной музыки, выходящей за пределы стандартного 4/4 формата и представляющей собой различные вариации и оттенки techno, house и breaks.

Группа организовалась в 2007 году на базе музыкального инженера Павлышко Сергея и двух ди-джеев Селецкого Александра и Павлышко Антона, работающих более 10 лет в профессиональной музыкальной сфере. За время своего существования было издано 9 cd-альбомов тиражом более 40000 экземпляров на таких лейблах, как Energetica, Moon Records, Pushkin Records, вышло в эфир более 100 часов передачи “The Bounce Show” на радио Ок’fm. Также было организовано множество вечеринок в различных клубах страны.

В 2010 году открывается собственный лейбл Dura Records, на котором выходят релизы Metaphor, Hot Faces и Get Smart. Данные релизы получили поддержку большого количества слушателей, и попали в топ чарты на juno.co.uk. “Metaphor” был отмечен крупнейшей брейкбит радиостанцией Nubreaks.com и в данный момент находится в ротации. Другие композиции получили поддержку Proton Radio и их можно услышать в сетах различных ди-джеев.

На сегодняшний день DuraSound занимается активной творческой деятельностью. Готовятся новые треки для очередного издания и собирается материал для будущего альбома. Основные задачи группы состоят в расширении своего музыкального направления и сотрудничество с молодыми артистами, а также создание на ряду с мастеринг еще и звукозаписывающей студии.
