Paolo Mixato aka Papa Tony

Given name - Sergei Kachura, born on 04/21/82

In 1999, Paolo Mixato started dabbling in DJing, a year later he got a job at the radio station DviDJeniye in DJ Zoomer's show Saturday Mixer. 

Year 2002 was the beginning of his career as a musician and producer.  Between years 2000 and 2008 Paolo Mixato performed in such clubs as Cubalibre, Studio 61, Choice, Polar Station, Big sound, Embargo, Agiotage, Chester pub. It took him one year to create the album "not depression" which has never been released. In 2003, his family welcomed a baby girl, and for the next 3 years he limited his musical activities to club DJing. 

In 2007, Paolo Mixato released a dozen tracks in minimal and detroit techno style under a working title "She". As part of the ZeC3Pa project he worked with Russian musicians Z-9 and S. Kowalski in drum 'n ' bass style. He also worked on a small electro house project named Milhouse Trouble.

In 2008 Paolo Mixato started working actively with deep sound and thanks to konura rec. his first release got many good reviews from established producers, musicians and DJs. 

Currently Paolo Mixato is a resident DJ at the Artefact club & Mojo Bar.
