DJ Mongol’s way to electronic music, just like the way of many other successful DJ’s, lay through his passion for punk and death-metal music styles that gave him energy and ambitions. With all that the beginner DJ was bound to succeed: having touched the decks for the first time in 2005, DJ Mongol won just in a year the 2nd place in the famous contest “DJ Battle-2006” which made him resident of popular party series “The youth technique”. Along with that he was invited to work permanently at the best café of the city – Mon Café where he soon created a project that was unique in Belarus – it was a duet of a DJ and a violinist. The latter was holder of the title “Golden jazz violin of Belarus” Karen Karapetyan. The live-project recorded two albums and began to enjoy incredible success: they are still invited today to various festivals and opening ceremonies. An interesting mix of electronic and classical elitist sounds was much to the taste of many music and literary circles. All this couldn’t but increase popularity of DJ Mongol who climbed in 2007 to the 10th place in the interactive voting at BESTDJ.BY. It took the charismatic DJ just a year to mount by another 5 positions. Apart from it DJ Mongol with two other DJs – Nerv and Gurami founded in 2008 the MGN promo group that managed for quite a short period of time to acquire their steady audience, to create a unique atmosphere of their parties and to become one of the 3 best-known promo groups. As an MGN member DJ Mongol has organized Minsk performances of such famous artists as Roninbeat, Moonbeam, Boris Breicha, Spartaque, Tina Valen, Noir, Pushkarev. As for the DJs and musicians whom he has shared the stage with, the list is rather extended: Dj James Zabiela, Elite Force, Meat Katie, DJ Maron (Амстердам), dj T (DE) MARTIN EYERER (DE) D-NOX (DE) Glimps (UK) King Roc (UK) Nass (DE), DJ Alexey Romeo (RU), Грув (RU) and many others.

Путь Mongol'а к электронной музыке, как и у многих удачливых диджеев, пролегал через пристрастие к стилям punk и death-metal, из которого он вынес энергетику и амбиции. Все это стало залогом успеха начинающего диджея: впервые встав за "вертушки" в 2005 году, уже через год DJ Mongol занял второе место в известном конкурсе DJ-Battle2006, после чего стал резидентом серии популярных вечеринок "Техника молодежи". Вместе с этим он был приглашен на постоянную работу в лучшем кафе города Mon Café, где в скором времени организовал уникальный для Беларуси проект — дуэт диджея и скрипача. В качестве последнего выступил обладатель звания "Золотая джазовая скрипка Беларуси" Карен Карапетян. Live-проект записал два диска и стал пользоваться невероятным успехом: его и сегодня приглашают на различные фестивали, открытия новых заведений; интересная смесь из электроники и классического элитарного звука скрипки пришлась по вкусу множеству музыкальных и литературных тусовок. Все это не могло не сказаться на популярности Mongol’а, и в 2007 году он занял 10-е место в интерактивном рейтинге BESTDJ.BY. А уже через год в этом же рейтинге харизматичный диджей взлетел на пять позиций вверх. Кроме этого в 2008-м году DJ Mongol вместе с DJ Nerv и DJ Gurami основал промо-группу MGN, которая за весьма короткий промежуток времени смогла приобрести постоянную аудиторию, создать неповторимую атмосферу своих вечеринок и войти в тройку самых известных промо-групп. В составе MGN-promo DJ Mongol орагнизовал в Минске выступления таких звезд, как Roninbeat, Moonbeam, Boris Breicha, Spartaque, Tina Valen, Noir, Pushkarev.
