About party on IK - I think the season is over . And if you and your friends want party in this month, or next month , i think you need to try find better place, because you can't invite a lot of people.I mean that our clubbers is so lazy to move across the country , just for fun. In capital - Bishkek , may be you can do it, but isn't on Issyk-Kyl.
