Artie Flexs 's journey in the dj world began in 2002 when he graduated from dj school in his hometown of Riga , Latvia . Slowly he started to gain experience both at the decks and in the studio , and his production skills were noticed by such labels as Lost My Dog , HiFi Stories , Spring Tube and many more .

Now with his first appearance on Asymmetric Recordings , which we strongly believe will be the first out of many , he proves once again that he is a guy that should be taken very seriously . His unmistakably sparkling and pumping beats , elevating arrangements and quality sound will leave the listener in anticipation , wanting for more .

Milan - based Danny Deep delivers his remix for Lost & Found and Blood Groove & Kikis support the original title of Over the Bridge with their interpretation .

After some successful releases on labels like Deepology, Kansak and Cromarti - Latvian talent Artie Flexs is back on Spring Tube with one of his brightest works to date in our opinion - "Down The Groove". The single includes original version and 5 remixes.

Firstly, this time in the package we have second appearances on our label from Turkish Ugur Soygur (frequent guest in Spring Tube Session radioshow) and Russian Trapezform (the host of Round Triangle Session - our second label's radioshow).

Secondly, the remixes by our beloved resident-artists - Monojoke from Poland and Blood Groove & Kikis from Latvia. Another their works that once again show why we love these guys' sound so much.

Finally, the new name for our roster - one of the leading Latvian DJs and producers - Electricano. Starlight, Enhanced, Proton, his own Electricano Recordings and many others - these are the labels with releases on which this artist is known. We are proud to have him also in our family now.

Our seventeenth release is first from four remixed editions for original tracks from Spring Tube's debut sampler (April 2010). We choose four brightest tracks to be remixed by other artists and one of these works is "I Can Feel" by our resident artist Artie Flexs from Latvia.

On the remix duties this time we are welcome three new artists for Spring Tube's roster.

Latvian wunderkind Kaspar Kochker [Ready Mix, Nellie, Arrival, Key] with awesome house version in a classic way.

One of Audio Bite Records' heads and this label's main remixer - Dutch Ramiro Bernabela, with nice deep and smooth interpretation.

And finally, another more deeper version by Brazilian newcomer Cfunck (Cesar Funck) - his tracks already were played by the A-Class house DJs and he has attracted our attention with great EP on Bralli Records earlier this year.

All these artists at this moment are finishing another new works for our label - expect them soon, but now enjoy this single. Spring Tube 2010.

Thirteenth label's release comes from German duo Hyline and Jaybeetrax. The Lowdown

The first Spring Tube's release in 2010 and the fourth in general is totally sunny in its mood. And this release is coming from the new duo on the producers' scene. Blood Groove & Kikis (Edmund Kasperovich & Kristap Karklin) - young and talented DJs from Latvia, who recently started to produce their own music and this is their first release. We present you two great tracks from these guys - "In The Music" and "The Storm". This time for both original tracks in a release we have two amazing remixes from another Latvian producer Artie Flexs (Artyom Vasilyev), who already has several successful releases in 2009 on such labels as Lost My Dog and Bashi, and now became our resident artist, so expect more from him on Spring Tube in the future. You can hear here only sunshine and warm melodic and atmospheric progressive house sounds in all the four tracks from our fourth release. Enjoy it and let the sun shine for you for the whole New Year!

LateNight Society - Do It Right(incl. Artie Flexs Remix)

Latenight Society from Orlando, Florida join Lost My Dog for the label’s first vinyl release in four months. The duo of Romano Arcaini and Jason Leva deliver a deep and driving house cut with an instantly infectious groove, monstrous bottom end and a sultry female vocal urging “make you wanna do right”. A very tasty remix package comes courtesy of Marko Militano, Pete Dafeet, Artie Flexs and Sean Smith.

Latenight Society’s music can be found on labels such as Nordic Trax, Eight Trax, Amenti and their own Tight Recordings. Included in their impressive discography are collaborations with the likes of Diz, Hector Moralez and Ken ECB.

Marko Militano, also known as one half of Trademarq and co-founder of the Bananza Music imprint, is one of the most hotly tipped future stars of the underground house world. His music, both solo projects and as Trademarq, have been released on some of the world’s most respected house labels including Derrick Carter and Luke Solomon’s Classic Music, Fred Everything’s Lazy Days and Justin Long’s .dotbleep. Always bringing musical elements productions, Marko once again hits the bullseye with a stunning rework of ‘Do It Right’.

Lost My Dog co-owner Pete Dafeet is currently enjoying a hot streak with original EPs recently released on Artizan Music, Ornate and his other side project Southside Shuffle, while his remix of Jake Island for Toolroom Records continues to take the plaudits.

Artie Flexs is Lost My Dog’s latest discovery. Hailing from Riga in Latvia, Artie caught the label’s attention with a simple emailed demo. Classic House sound from Orlando via the UK’s Lost My Dog imprint with a stopover in Chicago along the way. “Do It Right” features a muted vocal and the original mix is a groovy organ-driven number. Label boss Pete Dafeet funks up the mix while Chicago’s Sean Smith makes a remix appearance with an uptempo stomper that really and truly is my favorite mix in a solid five edit bundle. He has the “less is more” credo down pat with just some simple keys that make this work.

Comments: diggin disco space off the top.. love the disco spacey pads with chuggin dubbed out bass.. i feel like it gets a little flat idea wise from 2-3 minutes, and never really recovers. the bouncey synth line doesnt do anything for the track. great foundations, would love to hear a remix with the og drums, bass and spacey pads, but with more melodic nastiness & creativity. good grooves on attraction as well, just wanting a hook to really grab onto.
