Jonathan Field.

Jonathan was born in the UK and began his music career in the 80’s as a DJ when he was a teenager.

He was busy with weekly residencies and guest appearances, playing soul, funk, disco and jazz before embracing hip-hop and house as those new musical styles emerged onto the scene. Jonathan was also a regular guest on a local radio show where he produced and presented mixes.

In the late 80’s, Jonathan wanted to expand into record production and formed a band. His role within the group was co-producer and co-writer. The band were signed to a label in the UK and released a couple of singles.

Jonathan also co-produced self promoted tracks which were released on white label and worked with another production team and those tracks were signed to labels in the UK. Jonathan has recorded under the names Inside Moves, Equal Phase, Skanga and Humanizer.

In the 90’s, Jonathan began writing, producing and releasing material on his own and continues to this day, as well as producing DJ sets on Mixcloud.
